RETENTION POLICY
The data you provided will be retained for as long as you wish to allow us for the purposes referred above. All accounting data will be retained for 10 years as per our legal obligations.
With regards to the Loyalty Scheme, if there are no transactions effected by you in the last 5 years, we will remove your data from the scheme. Note however, that if at any point you want to remove your data from our database, you can simply hit UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of any one of our emailed newsletters. You may also send an email to [email protected] indicating that you want your data to be removed and we will delete all records accordingly.
